MBA Entrance Academic Scholarship SP25

Spring 2025

New York Institute of Technology Vancouver is offering an MBA Entrance Academic Scholarship for prospective students who will start Spring 2025 semester.

Qualified students are eligible to receive USD $6,000 towards their tuition. 20 scholarships will be offered to eligible New MBA students starting in Spring 2025 term. The scholarship is applicable to Spring 2025 term only and may cancel or discontinue at any time without prior notice. Only the top candidates will be selected.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.1 (on a 4.0 scale) in the bachelor's degree program
  2. Proof of English proficiency if you have not completed your bachelor’s degree from an accredited North American institution.
    • IELTS Academic: Overall band score of 6.5 (NOT GENERAL) with a minimum of 6.0 in Speaking and Writing. IELTS indicator is not accepted.
    • TOFEL iBT: 88 with minimum of 18 in Speaking, 21 in Writing. TOEFL iBT home is accepted.
    • Pearson Academic (PTE): Overall 65; minimum 60 in Sparking and Writing.
    • Successful completion of the University Pathway Program from one of our partner schools (must be completed in-person)
    • New English Language Admissions requirement starting Fall 2024
  3. Must be a prospective student applying for MBA program at New York Tech Vancouver campus

*Applicants will not be required to complete an English-language test if they have completed a bachelor's degree or higher at an institution where the language of instruction and examination was in English in a country where English is the primary language.

**Test scores must be valid at the time of submission. All test scores and the university pathway program completion are valid for a period of two years from the date of the test. Scores that are more than two years old are not able to be verified and cannot be used for graduate applications.

This scholarship is currently applicable to Spring 2025 term only.
